QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree with substantial coursework (12+ credits) in computer science, computer

technology, networked electronic communication, related field, completion of trade school or equivalent experience. A+ or other computer certification preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of the hardware and software used on a daily basis by staff and students, with specific knowledge of the hardware and software used by the district
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
  • Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment

Summer Teacher Leader/Curriculum Coordinator

HIT Grant Data Leader
April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024
Up to 24 hours $38.00/hr-certified staff 

Data Leader Responsibilities:

  • Oversee systematic data collection and analysis related to student performance.
  • Identify specific areas of weakness for individual students, enabling personalized interventions.
  • Monitor student progress throughout the program, facilitating timely adjustments to strategies.
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation of the program's effectiveness, using state-level assessments and relevant data.
  • Communicate transparent data-driven insights to key stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
  • Integrate Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Block Rubrics and Student Growth Objective (SGO) data.

HIT Grant Data Assistant
April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024
Up to 18 hours $38.00/hr-certified staff 

Data Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day tasks related to data entry and initial analysis.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for communication purposes.
  • Manage detailed data involved in the integration of MTSS and SGO.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights from ongoing data analysis.

Live Streaming Producer

The Live Streaming Producer is responsible for overseeing the production of Live Streaming events within the school district.  This entails:

  • Managing, monitoring and overseeing the Live Stream Feed (s) for Roselle Park School District Events
  • Managing and controlling PTZ cameras during the aforementioned events
  • Managing, controlling and monitoring audio settings for each of the microphones during the events to ensure consistent audio quality
  • Coordinating with the Live Streaming Production Assistant to work through any and all issues encountered during a live streaming event

Additional Requirements

  • Technical expertise in videography and live broadcasting
  • Quick problem solving skills, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual and detail oriented, does everything possible to ensure success on and off shoot
  • Passion for Live Stream Productions
  • Knowledge and expertise in the Tricaster platform, PTZ Camera and audio board operation

Live Streaming Production Assistant

The Live Streaming Production Assistant is responsible for assisting the Live Streaming Producer.  This entails:

  • Working with the Live Streaming Producer to communicate to others should there be technical

difficulties during a live stream event.

  • Working with the subjects of the live stream, as well as the Live Streaming Producer, to assist them

in resolving any audio or presentation issues during a live stream.

  • Provide digital photography of the event, as needed or required.

  • Quick problem solving skills, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual and detail oriented, does everything possible to ensure success on and off shoot
  • Passion for Live Stream Productions
  • Knowledgeable in audio board/mixer operation, microphones, presentations, and projectors.
